Because so many of our readers are not within driving distance of our farm, this year we decided to host several offsite “Grovestead Gatherings” for newsletter readers and supporters.
Our hope is to meet more of you in person and to connect you with others in your area who are building a durable future. Rory and Becca will share a few remarks and then we will have time to hear from you.
Our first off-site gathering will be at the Bismarck Event Center in Bismarck, North Dakota. Please come and say hello and meet kindreds in your area.

- 6:00 PM – Homesteading as a School Subject: Preparing your Children for Meaningful Careers
Rory and Becca will share some practical advice on incorporating vital skills into your home education (bringing the “field trip” home, as Becca calls it) — skills that can develop into viable careers, mentoring relationships, and healthy independence for your children’s future. - 6:45 till whenever – Fellowship time and discussion
